1. Highlight the data you wish to copy
2. On the special 'quick menu' - click 'copy icon'
3. Click where you wish to paste the data (top left of an area, or top of a column, or left of a row)
4. On the special 'quick menu' - click 'paste values icon'
If another carb is to be added, choose the next available carb slot (50 slots are available)
