Click the current carburettor name - top-left - and select the carburettor.
On the same line as the listed needle - choose a needle notch position, and select the atomiser ring size.

Shims can be used beneath the needle circlip, to gain increased adjustment

To identify a curve... hover over the curve
Clicking on the curve will provide the fuel flow data at that point.
